1. Service Description

SrefMindForge is a tool that helps users optimize prompts for Midjourney by analyzing and suggesting SREF (style reference) codes. We do not generate images, host servers for image generation, or have any affiliation with Midjourney Inc.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
• Billing is handled by LemonSqueezy. Disputes should be directed to LemonSqueezy support.
• No refunds for partial months or after subscription cancellation, except as per our Refund Policy.

3. License & Usage

SrefMindForge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or commercial creative work only. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the SREF database
• Sell access to the service or resell subscription codes
• Use automated scraping, bots, or API exploitation
• Share subscription accounts across multiple users
• Reproduce the platform's functionality or styling

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you generate using SrefMindForge. We are not liable for images generated by Midjourney, copyright issues, or misuse of the tool.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SrefMindForge is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, inaccurate SREF recommendations, image quality, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. No Warranty

We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs. Use at your own risk.

7. Modifications & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time with or without notice. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction.
